Welcome to the world of Empathic Mastery!

I’m Jen your host for the Empathic Mastery Show. This podcast is was created for empaths by an empath to share stories, resources and tools to support your sensitive soul. In this short episode I introduce myself and share information to give you a sense of what this show is all about.

In the same way that most empaths don’t easily fit into a convenient little box, this podcast won't be limited to one predictable formula. Some episodes feature juicy interviews with other amazing Highly Sensitive Empathic People. Some are be short and sweet where I share experiences, insights and encouragement. Some provide information, tools and exercises that you can do along with me and my guests.
